Contemporary Art for Sale Online by Deborah Julian
Among Women Artists whose contemporary art has come up for sale in the past year, Deborah Julian is a rising star. The skills and creativity she has use to become better known can be explored in the Fine Art Collection on her website. It's a good starting point for getting to know her work, and I'll show you some other concentrations, including her often fun and playful contemporary cat art, a little later on.
As you can see from Passing, from her popular collection, taken from her New York City solo exhibit, Scenes From The Urban Landscape, Deborah is a colorist by nature. (She says that Henri Matisse is her favorite artist, and it shows.) She also seizes on the discoveries she makes whille exploring urban areas in New York City and elsewhere.
Her best photographs show discoveries from urban areas that she re-imagines digitally into colorful, intensely saturated, narrative art. To see more of her most recent fine art prints, take a look at Gallery #1, which is filled with them and includes links for further discovery.

At the art fairs where Deborah shows her work first hand, the cat art prints and cards are popular as gifts and with collectors. She has converted many of them to consumer items, like magnets and mugs, which I can show you a little later.

Contemporary Art Note Cards by Deborah Julian
The versatility of Deborah's art work has often allowed her to take her fine art prints and turn them into products people use every day, like note cards, invitations, magnets, T-shirts and so on.
In the example shown above, a cat is portrayed in a familiar pose. The sentiment itself is one that has proved popular as a boyfriend, lover and general "gift for him" item. It has also been made into a T-shirt and imprinted on mugs and magnets.
